We have a diverse arrangement of lessons. We create lessons based on the needs of the student. We are capable of teaching English to kids and adults. We have lessons designed for all levels.
What is the methodology of your lessons?
We offer one-on-one lessons through Skype or other messenger program such as Yahoo/MSN/Googletalk. We also use webmeeting tools such as whiteboard, sketchpad, desktop sharing, etc. You will need a high speed internet connection and microphone/headset. Webcam is optional.
We prefer using Skype among the other messenger programs. If you don't have a Skype installed in your computer, please go here - http://skype.com to download Skype.
Do you offer a free trial lesson?
Yes, we do offer a free trial class for 15-60 minutes. Please click on the TRY ONE CLASS FREE banner to sign up for a trial class. We arrange free trial classes within 24-48 hours after sign up or registration.
How do you accept payments?
We accept payments through Paypal. Please go to paypal.com for more information.
We also accept payments through Western Union.
We usually send an invoice. If you are paying through Paypal, then you need to let us know your paypal email address. If you are paying through Western Union, we will email you the information that you need to send the money to us. Then you need to scan your Western Union form and email it to us.
Can you guarantee your students that they will pass their English exams?
We cannot and do not guarantee our students that they will pass their English exams. However, most of our TOEFL and IELTS students got their targeted scores. To achieve getting a high score, we ask our students to cooperate with us by putting effort and time to the lessons. At the same time, we are committed in providing quality online english classes to help students prepare for English tests such as TOEFL or IELTS.
Do you offer Group Classes?
Yes, we are finally offering group classes. However, we leave it to the student to tag his friends along and form groups of 2,3, or 4. Our maximum number of students in a group is 4 and our minimum number of hours is 1.
Do you allow students to change teachers?
We only allow students to change teachers if the teacher fails to show up for the classes consecutively and when the teacher habitually fails to prepare for the classes. Or, when the teacher is always late in meeting his students online. Do you provide the books and materials for the classes for free?
Yes, we provide the books and materials for the classes for free.
What happens if I fail to show up for a class?
The student should notify the teacher or the coordinator in advance if he would like to postpone or cancel his classes. However, if the student fails to do this, the classes are forfeited.
If the teacher fails to show up without prior notification, then the teacher is obligated to reschedule the class to make up for the missed class.
